The folks at Vinyl Outlet were friendly and easy to work with, from first contact (Josh) to the work coordinator (Apollo) to the crew doing the construction (Dillon and Company). Communication about next steps could have been a little more consistent, but that is not unexpected when you have a lot of chefs in the kitchen. The work crew was great and completed my deck to specification in two days. That crew even removed some old metal fence posts that I did not have the tools to remove myself. When I plan my next project, which I did point out to the guys, I will contact Vinyl Outlet to get started.

They contacted me to ask if it was OK if they come start my deck 5 days EARLY! Yes! I was so anxious to get my new deck and so happy it was starting. Brian and his crew knocked it out of the park. They dug post holes and took out the old cement steps the first day. The second day all the magic started and the crew really went to work. I watched from inside as my deck started to come to life. I never knew how much work goes into building a deck and they were building me a quality one. I was surprised that they completed it that day and I was over the moon on how it came out. It was everything that I wanted and it was beautiful! The craftsmanship was superb and I am so proud of my new deck.I couldn’t stop from going out again and again to look at it. I highly recommend the Vinyl Outlet if you want a quality deck built by a top notch crew.

My husband and I had Anthony come to our home and he was a great joy to work with. He was very easy to talk to, and has a personality that just shines. We let him know what we wanted and how we wanted it. When we were done explaining so we were all on the same page, he explained what would work and not work while being mindful of our budget. Anthony explained the whole process to us and what materials will be used and why. He showed us different samples in different colors and even showed us homes that were done with the colors we choose. That was so we could get an idea of what our front porch was going to look like. Vinyl Outlet quoted us much lower than the previous quotes from other places. And I felt like we were not getting taken advantage of. That is important to me. If The Vinyl Outlet headquarters sees this, please give Anthony a raise. He is very passionate about his work and cares for his customers and plus he deserves it. I was very excited to get my vinyl fence. I paid good money and got a bad job. Imagine my disappointment when the job was completed. Totally unprofessional looking end results. Large gaps everywhere. Wrong measurements placed with excuses of the ground level. Unanswered calls to repair. Then fixed quickly without consulting me. And the fix was faulty. Keep shopping around, others will probably do a much better professional job. Not a satisfied customer......2nd part...Thank you, Trevor and Kirk for fixing all of my complaints. Trevor did an amazing job. Very professional. Everything looks great. I am now a satisfied customer.

My story is a bit long but suffice it to say I'm very happy with the services I received from the Vinyl Outlet! I purchased my home about 9 yrs ago with privacy fencing on 2/3 of property. Last winter after 2 wind storms I had 2 sections blow down, I called The Vinyl Outlet , as the paperwork I had been given indicated they were installers many yrs earlier. They provided to courtesy repairs as warranties are not transferrable. The repair gentleman discussed getting the fence re-aligned, which prompted me to call. Michael was great, discussed my project/needs, provided a fair estimate that day and I signed off, set a date and provided a deposit. The install happened a day early and I'm very happy with it! The repair job happened today and they did a great job as well. Disclaimer: they did not charge for the repair work they did, based on their observation they felt install was not properly done and they stand behind their work. This work normally has a charge. Jay & Tony did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done, gave me a date and stuck to it. I find its very hard nowadays to find companies that stand by their work! Very impressed with the company and actually will recommend to anyone looking for a fence. My experience was excellent! Thank you The Vinyl Outlet!!!

My fence was done very well and fast. Unfortunately, workers came over at different time than it was scheduled and left mess. They broke my flowers and hostas. However, I received a recompense for my flowers, what surprised me.

We had the Vinyl Outlet install our fence at our new home. The work was outstanding. A few days ago with WNY’s increased winds, we had 7 panels blow down. A call was made and within one hour a service repair man was at our door. He not only repaired the damage the wind had caused, he didn’t like the way the gate was opening so he adjusted that as well. We have never received such expedited service in all of our years. If you are thinking about a vinyl fence be sure to have them come out. When you make your decision about maybe another company that’s less expensive learn from our experience. The service side of things are just as important to maintaining your fence and property.

Brian from The Vinyl Outlet came to give me a quote for a deck. First he asked me where and how long I wanted the deck to be, then he took measurements. He explained a lot on the process and what steps were necessary to be within code. We went inside and he showed me samples of their deck material and other company deck materials. We discussed what colors for deck and railings. He again provided a lot of information on the product and the company. We just had a fence put in at our new home. We have a small area in our front yard that faces the water. We don't have a back yard and needed the fence for our dogs. Since it's the front yard, we needed to make it look especially good!! Jason was our salesperson and he went above and beyond for us to make sure we had the fence before we moved in. We had to change the date, due to the homeowner staying longer than expected, and Jason made sure this happened. The crew came out on a fridgid day and did an awesome job! I was able to call them and get a salesperson out to my house within 24 hours. He gave me a pretty good deal on a vinyl fence. The staff on the phone call me within 24 hours after we made the agreement. I was able to get an appointment for February to get it installed. I am excited the fact that I can install this in the middle of winter. That is awesome. I hope that the quality of the end product is as good as it looks. I will know later once the installation is complete.

Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Purchased my fence from them in 2021 and with the wind we have been getting, one of my panels fell down. I fixed it myself a few times but it keeps happening so I called to send a tech out for them to look at it. Within minutes, the lady who I spoke with didn’t hesitate… told me someone will be at my house today or tmrw. at the latest and will bring a bottom rail incase it needs to be longer so it doesnt happen again. Hope they stay true to their word but I was very pleased with how they are treating me. Great company

I had Vinyl Outlet replace a pool deck from the ground up. The entire experience was very pleasant from the beginning talking with Jim as he prepared a quote as we talked, he was very knowledgeable. Ralph then visited the site to pin down various items so that that were no last-minute problems and he went over the building process. The crew leader and crew were very friendly and pleasant considering they had nasty rain and snow to work through. It is a large deck and it was completed in three days. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the team that came out to repair our 10+ year old fence. They fixed the lock mechanism on the gate and then noticed some of the fence had space near the ground. We had placed firewood in the gap to prevent our puppy from escaping. They tapped the posts down to remove the gap for us, said they were happy to include it as part of the repair. The guys who came out were friendly, polite, and professional. Highly recommend!

What a great experience we had with the Vinyl Outlet. The sales team gave me great information to make an informative decision and tons of options to chose from. Installation day was a treat. The guys showed up and to my surprise were able to complete the entire job in one day. Once of my favorite install items is the way most of the posts are pounded into the ground instead of being dug so there is no mess. Great Job Vinyl Outlet!

Sam Baer visited us to give us an estimate to install new vinyl materials for our deck. We are reusing the foundation. Sam was very professional and courteous. He explained the process, options for payment and the estimated date to begin the work. Very punctual on his arrival and for returning a call when we had additional questions. Tear down of old deck was one day and the rebuild was on the second day. Solar lights were a nice added touch. It's nice to be able to walk on deck barefoot without burning your feet. Free of annual staining or sealing touch ups. So happy with the service and deck outcome.

We had a deck installed a few years ago, but were doing an additional patio around it this summer. Vinyl Outlet didn't hesitate to come out and adjust the stair risers to accommodate this addition. Kurt came on site to inspect and within a few days he was able to fit us in. His flexibility and professionalism was top notch. We had a fence installed in the winter about 9 years ago. We have had the gate and various posts straightened 2 or three times. 06/16/25 we again needed maintenance. The gate and 4 posts were repositioned. I am very confident that these repairs will last. Walter, the repairman was great. He took his time and really has the fence positioning as good as it's ever been. His response to anything I asked for was, no problem I'll take care of that. Hopefully he will not be needed here again, and can join the Bills as the linebacker he definitely could be.
Josh drove through a torrential downpour from Newark to Parma to fit us into his schedule so we could get our fence installed ASAP for our newly adopted dogs.

They went over everything before starting the job, then when completed, they walked us through everything again. Very thorough with maintenance on our end, went over warranty. Respected the property as well did a great clean up when done. I will say they were my highest estimate, so they are on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for, and we are happy, so. No contractor delays, no supply shortage issues..

In 2023, I contacted Vinyl outlet regarding installing a fence and a deck. Mr Anthony Autrino arrived with a very professional charismatic personality. He is an awesome representative. I did not know what I wanted and he helped guide me and develop my thoughts. He was blatantly honest with me when my idea was not coming together ; he helped me create a deck that would not waste space. He assured me that I could always add unto the deck at a later date. In 2025, I reached out to Mr.Autrino and told him I wanted to do a deck expansion. He came to my home in a few days. He knew exactly what I-was trying to accomplish. He drafted a sketch of my new deck. Approx 3 weeks later the crew arrived ready to work. They were very professional and completed the expansion in one day and it looks phenomenal. Any adjustments that needed to be made were done and completed timely. I would definitely recommend vinyl outlet. I would suggest you ask for Anthony Autrino, He is professional he will walk you through the process from beginning to the end. He went above and beyond to complete the sale. I would also like to acknowledge Ralph prentice for his attention to detail and assistance with the order change.it was a very smooth process.

We had our backyard fully fenced in with an aluminum fence. It was a large project, about ½ acre. It looks amazing!! I am so happy with the results! From start to finish, the entire team was kind, courteous and respectful. Our Design Consultant, Sam Baer, was amazing! Very nice, professional and yet down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable on his craft and was able to design exactly what we wanted! We did have a couple adjustments that were needed on the installation/placement of one side of the fence. We contacted Sam to express our concerns and he arrived at our house in less than two hours to immediately put our minds at ease. Within a couple of days, the installation team returned to make the adjustments! They were so kind and respectful and had the adjustments completed within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend their services and I plan to use them in the near future for additional projects to our home!

Excellent service. Sam Baer, the Design Consultant was courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Another gentleman came a few days later and looked at the sight, confirmed what was being done and answered any other questions that I had. It was done on a day that I was not home and I had no problem with that. The area was cleaned up and you would never know they were even there. I highly recommend VINYL OUTLET.
I had my deck replaced by Vinyl Outlet about 1.5 years ago and was pleased with the results. They were appropriately on time, completed their anticipated work, and cleaned up well. the materials used are of good quality and expect will last much longer than the wood deck they replaced. I would like to see them respond as quickly when I have had questions after completion.

Michael, Niasheen, and Chris came out and finishes in one very long day plus one hour. They promised a day and a bit and they met that mark. The result was a beautiful fence that replaced one the rabbits had eaten over a 20 year period. From contract to completion was going to be a couple weeks but we requested postponement because of weather. We chose almond posts/frames with cayenne inserts. Great look. I was worried it would look too “plastic.”

It's a good thing ANTHONY showed up earlier due to a cancellation and spent 2 hour with me. Fortunately I had his cell number because after looking on the towns website I felt that the fence I choose for the front of the house would not meet the 50% visability requirement for fencing along a driveway and wanted to change it. Dispite it being Sunday and his day off he texted me back after sending him a copy ,via text ,of the towns regulations.

This evening was our second “big project” encounter with The Vinyl Outlet, and I will say, this is a wonderful company to do business with! We are very excited for our project to be started next week. I personally appreciate transparency, honesty, and being treated with value. From the sales team to the installation team my experience has been a smooth transition. Anthony was great when it came to getting us what we were looking for. He explained the process of installing the fence during our meeting and worked with us even on a last minute change up. The installation team was a spectical moment. They were knowledgeable and explained what and how installation was going to be handled. With no issues and a lunch break they hady fence up in no time. 4 1/2 hours. I had an unfortunate accident to my porch. I immediately call the vinyl outlet spoke to Chelsea and she told me she would come out the next day to look at the damages of which she did. The next day she called and said she can have someone take care of the damages the following day. The next day Tony and Hank show up first thing in the morning. They was kind and explained what they were going to be doing. I told them thanks. They got the job done so fast and professional that means everything to a customer. Those guys were outstanding. I 💯 percent feel that this company the best that I had the pleasure of doing business with. They stand by their products. They kept there word and for me your word is your bond. The crew of 3 or4 men arrived the day after Christmas as the co. Promised ready and willing to work pleasant crew members knew their job . We are pleased with our front steps and get lots of compliments. One of the porch lights is defective. We have messaged and called the company at least four times since October and have never received a response. They promised customer service, but we have been ignored. Also, the work was done last winter 2024 and we're still finding nails. UPDATE: We are pleased with the company's response. Everything was corrected and handled in a professional and cordial manner. We intend to use this company for home improvement in the future.

Vinyl outlet was incredible! I’m a single mom to 2 kids and a puppy and they went above and beyond to help me with the building dept as well as custom making my fence to what I needed/wanted. When my dog squeezed under the gate after it was installed they even came back and adjusted it for me. They did extra things for me that they didn’t have to do and I’d recommend them to everyone! I live in Newfane. I contacted Vinyl Outlet and they were here the following day to talk about the fence and railings I wanted. They actually had a mini fence as a sample so you see the whole effect of what you buying. Everyone involved with my project was very friendly and professional from start to finish. I had a problem with a porch railing on how it looked they were here the next day to go over what needed to be corrected and within a few days it was done. I’m extremely happy with everything

I had a 6’ white vinyl fence installed late last year and I live down in Farmington where there’s a ton of wind and twice we’ve had issues. (PLEASE KEEP READING) 1. The wind blew out the vertical slats between two posts one night. I sent a message to my rep and there were guys out the next morning to correct the issue. 2. One post wiggled too much with the wind and thusly was shifting a portion of the fence back and forth with the wind. I texted my rep on Sunday afternoon and there were guys out to repair the fence Monday afternoon. While the price tag was hefty, it was one of the best decisions to have these guys install/maintain our fence. I left a review right after it was installed and felt compelled to touch base again to share my “follow-up after purchase experience”. You can buy with 100% confidence your fence will be handled right the first time and they’ll handle any subsequent issue promptly. Very impressed and would refer them to anyone and they’ve made a customer for life with me.

Once again, CHEERS to The Vinyl Outlet. They installed my fence last fall and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, somebody recently damaged the gate. I called customer service and Ralph got back to me right away, and we set up an appointment for two days later. Hank replaced the gate the very next day following our appointment. It looks great. Our new deck is absolutely beautiful. We are thrilled with the quality of the material and the way it was assembled. But what really impressed us was the people we have dealt with along the way. The salesman (Jim Brennan), the three young men, (Dominic, Andy and Steve) who constructed the deck, Ralph who did the measuring and electrical work, everyone has been so pleasant and more than willing to answer any questions we might have had. Everyone came on time and we couldn’t be more pleased. I have to single out the construction crew as they never stopped working and did an excellent job. We could not get over how efficiently they worked. A company is only as good as the people that work there and every one we met is a credit to The Vinyl Outlet.

The foreman, Robert, came on site with his crew for installation and I was very impressed with his service, quality of their work and how quickly they got it done (we have a MASSIVE backyard and I was secretly convinced it wouldn’t happen in one day and it totally did!). And their customer service team, specifically Jake, has been super supportive with any additional questions/needs I had throughout the process. Needed a new part for my grandfather's railing after it broke in a storm, not only did they get me the part but went out same day to replace it themselves for him. Great customer service!
I used the Vinyl Outlet for redoing all of my fences at my house and installing a new driveway gate. They did such an amazing and fast job! They were installed in just a day! I also had an issue where the previous fence was not on the correct property lines. They actually crossed into my neighbors yard for some reason. They pulled the housing paperwork and made sure that the new fence was on the correct property lines, and I didn't have to do anything! I didn't have to pull files from city hall or anything. They were very clean and quick with the installation, and didn't make a mess or ruin the yard, leave holes, divets, etc. I have a full garden with no lawn and they did not damage it. They cleaned up after themselves very well, and there were no pieces, parts, etc lying around. They also left me all the leftover vinyl pieces that were left over from install. I didn't need them, but it was nice to have them in case I had to replace anything. They have lasted very well, and I am extremely happy with the quality and the service. They were also the cheapest after pricing many other fence companies (I was comparing only comparable vinyl fences, no wooden fences). Out of everyone, they were considerably less expensive, and I never felt I was sacrificing quality for the cost. I highly recommend them for any fences and gates.

We are very happy with our white vinyl fence that we had installed back in February of 2021. We are equally satisfied with the ongoing service we receive from their team! We live in a very windy area where property damage is pretty normal. Our vinyl fence holds up very well but there were a few instances where sections did come down (by design). The Vinyl Outlet team has always been there for us within 24 hours to repair any damage and restore our fence to new!
I can't say enough about the excellent customer service provided by The Vinyl Outlet. As a result of hurricane force winds,on January 9th, a section of my vinyl fence came down. I called first thing the following day and within a few hours, a technician was at the house and my fence was whole again!! From straight, no-pressure sales contact, through arranging financing, through scheduling on-site work , through work completion everything has gone without a glitch. Work crew under direction of Haydon was on time, thorough, neat and complete. The team was extremely accommodating in providing the little extras requested (care for neighbor's berry bushes on old fence, slight adjustment in placement of fence, setting aside old fence uprights for later re-use in yard, etc.). When they were finished with work yard was restored to original condition leaving no cleanup for owners.

The Vinyl Outlet just completed the installation of our backyard fences. Extra work was required to remove the overgrowth from the neighbors’ yards, but they did a great job, and the fences were still done in a day! Our yard looks great!

3-4 weeks ago I found myself in need of a single vinyl fence post, and I needed it ASAP. They had one at the Buffalo warehouse, over an hour's drive away, but I could not drive there to get it. The Vinyl Outlet recently installed a new entrance way for the front of our house. It was well built. Plumb, square and level. The fit and finish was superb. At 5 x 7 feet, it is just big enough for 2 lawn chairs and a small table, while still providing an unobstructed entrance into the house. Quite nice all around.

They were very polite, and professional and answered my questions and switched out a couple of rails for me and caulked an area that I requested of them. They cleaned up the area of debris. They told me to be sure and not hesitate to call if I noticed any problems or needed any repairs. My porch looks beautiful and has a lifetime warranty and my solar lights have a three year warranty. They came on the very first night after only a few hours of sun exposure since the clouds and rain rolled in while Ryan and Brandon worked diligently to get my porch completed. Good job guys! Vinyl Outlook replaced my backyard fence of 25 years. I was very pleased with the quality of the product, and the courteous responsiveness of each person I interacted with. Starting with Emery who made the sales call, Samantha who navigated the scheduling and logistics, to Tony who ran the installation crew. It was more expensive than what I'd planned on, but feel it was well worth the expense. It is definitely an upgrade to what I had before and I'm very with the end result!

Just had my wraparound porch done and it looks absolutely amazing. Jim Brennan was great to work with and we got our job done quickly as promised. They took care of everything including our town permits. Could not have had a better installation team. Ralph and his crew of 5 were outstanding - hardworking, professional, courteous and paid attention to all the details. As part of the installation, they replaced 11 support posts and made sure that they integrated with the porch fascia and soffit from my old concrete porch. You'd never know that there was an old concrete porch there before. The jobsite was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day - couldn't tell that it was a big construction site that morning. Everything was first class and we are very happy with the Vinyl Outlet!

We called Vinyl Outlet to build a deck for our home on March 10 and two weeks later our new deck was completed in one day. The weather was not the best on the day of the install and the foreman Ralph and his crew were professional, polite and kept the work site clean. I'm so happy we choose the Vinyl Outlet. The crew that came out with the foreman Terrance were on time and professional. The installation required removal of an existing chainlink fence. That wasn't easy but the gentleman persistence he was able to remove it and take it away. The other workers then set up for the fence installation. It was raining hard at times but they never stopped. This crew was a 10+. Towards the end 2 members were replaced by 2 other workers who had that same work integrity. I'm very happy with this crew. I'm also in contact with customer service manager Jake who is helping me set up the power washing at no charge because of the rain. Jake is part of a great team at the Vinyl Outlet. We had our fence installed over 10 years ago and it is holding up extremely well. The color has not changed or faded and I only just now had an issue with a fence post cap. A sales or service technician came to my house within half an hour and assisted me. I only wish other companies were that responsive.

We purchased an above ground pool at the end of last summer (August of 2022), with the plan being to put a deck on in the Spring of 2023. I actually planned on doing this with the help of my neighbor, but my work schedule is crazy and I quickly realized that I didn't have the time nor the skill to do a good job. We had a fence installed over a year ago. The team that came to install was very knowledgeable and professional. They were efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. We called the vinyl outlet to set up a consultation for a privacy fence. I can’t recall who I talked to on the phone but they were so nice, easy to talk and professional. I set up a time for someone to come out. Jim came on a Tuesday. He was so beyond helpful!!! He did not seem like the type of guy that just wanted you to spend money. He was thorough and was able to help us decide on the right plan for our fence. Once we got a plan, he immediately got on the phone with his planner to find a day that worked best. The first day available was only two days away!! Couldn’t have worked out better. Thursday came along. Tony and his team showed up around 8:30am, right on time. We walked the plan and I felt very confident with who was working on our fencing. Only about 4-5 short hours later, they were finished! Tony & Keith went over the fine details with me and made sure I was all set before heading out. They were both so kind and chatted a bit- they weren’t trying to rush out once the job was completed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Our dogs are absolutely thrilled to have their own yard and freedom! From start to finish- this company made the process so easy. They were very professional and made sure we were all on the same page before I left for work. I contacted the Vinyl Outlet and they were out to complete the estimate in the same week and made accommodations for our busy schedules. Anthony came to our home on time, talked a good game and sold me to the point I didn’t seek the second opinion I had scheduled. The next week my fence was installed, the crew arrived at 8 am and finished the install by 1pm, came back two days later and installed my gate! Only hiccups I had were with the communication. I took a morning off of work to be home as I was asked to be and received a call the morning of at 8:38 am from Vicky letting me know my install would have to be delayed one day. Second, if your going to come back out to take pictures of the work, a courtesy call would have been nice, instead of a notification on my phone that someone was in by backyard :) Otherwise, I am over the moon and in strong like with my gorgeous fence and the color! The install crew and the Anthony did their jobs to the best of their ability. Was the fence expensive? Yes! The quality of the work and install by hand was worth every penny! And shout out to the young man who installed my gate and noticed I had a small dog and made sure the gate was a height that my Stormy couldn’t crawl underneath 🤗

We recently moved from WA state to NY. With a four legged furry friend In the family, we needed a fence. We first heard about THE VINYL OUTLET, INC. on the television. We were a bit dubious about buying out of town. We try (whenever possible) to shop and buy local. The crew, consisting of three (3) men, lead being Elliott Roman, and two(2) crew members Matt Brown, and Carl Day. Upon their arrival I took Elliott for a walk around the property, to show him what and where the fence was to go. The two other men proceeded to unload the equipment and parts needed to assemble the fence. Within 1 hr. 45 mi . All the posts were in and ready for the fence to be assembled. End of day one(1). Upon arrival on day two, crew leader Elliott had a new assistant with him, Henry Primm. Again I took Elliott on a walk around to be sure we were on the same page for placement of the fence. Due to prior medical appointment we had to leave, and returned approximately 3 hours later only to find that they had finished and departed and headed for the shop in Buffalo, NY. As for the Quality and Value, OUTSTANDING. The Professionalism of the men was tremendous and Responsivness to our wants and needs was fantastic. To the crew and this company, we give a 5 star rating, If there were a 10 star rating available, we would give that.. If anyone were to ask us, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company (THE VINYL FENCE CO., INC.) I received a few estimates to install a new vinyl fence and haul away my old wood fence. Jim from the Vinyl Outlet came and really put my mind at. He was very personable and knowledgeable of the type of fence they would install and he really was the reason why I chose to go with the Vinyl Outlet even though their estimate was a little higher than other companies. He explained to me the difference in quality that the Vinyl Outlet has to offer from the material to the way they do the install. The fence came out great and was definitely worth it!

Got a new 6ft all white vinyl fence to surround my yard. The installers Richard and T were great with working with my survey and keeping me up to date on everything they were doing. They removed a fence on one side of my yard with ease (at least they make it look easy). Only took one day to complete! My kids and dogs now have a safe place to play. Couldnt be happier.

They were detailed and very customer oriented during the entire process from estimate, installation, and follow up maintenance. There are a lot of options out there and do your research, but there is a reason these guys pop up first and often.

My initial visit was with Emery. He was kind, provided an estimate, and answered all my questions. Being disabled due to a severe head injury...stress is not my friend! Emery went out of his way to be very flexible and responsive regarding appointments and follow up visits for the contract. On installation day, Tony was skilled, attentive to my concerns, and yet stayed cheerful while working at the end of a hot day. I have an uneven garden area where I wanted the fence to be as high as possible at the elevated end, while staying level over the 75'+ distance. He pushed the "system" and it is perfect! Very pleased and stress free!! 👍😁
The best in the Buffalo,I know the quality of the work,they put a 6 foot fence in my back yard with that being said I have a wind every year that rip the sidings off the back of my house. That fence have stood the best wind that Buffalo had.you get what you pay for because you get a cheaper price your going to pay in the long run!!!!!!

From beginning to end I have had nothing but amazing customer service from vinyl outlet. The sales staff was great, listened to everything we wanted and needed. installers were amazing fast and efficient. I recently had the luxury of working with Angelo as we needed to make our gate opening bigger and as an added request we asked for the gate to be taken down for us to have a pool installed. Angelo said not a problem we will do it! I had the fence taken down and put back up in a day and as luck would have it my gate was done being fabricated and could be out right up! They were so accommodating and really focused on customer service and making sure we got what we wanted! Would work with them again in a second!

Had a wood fence removed and a vinyl fence installed. Work crew of 2 we're excellent, making sure I was informed every step of the way to ensure everything was satisfactory. Work was done quickly and efficiently. They were also able to schedule the install shortly after the estimate which was ideal.
I would recommend vinyl outlet for any work. They were very professional. From the start!! They told me they would start 1 week from the day I signed and that they would finish in a day. I had a little skepticism because a lot of work was needed to be done!! But they got to my house 8:00 am and worked up till 6 (that’s when it poured rain) they stopped came back early the next day and 1hour later they were done. And the workers were great. Very hard workers. And the job site was cleaned up with no mess left!! And best of all my porch looks great!!!

We are on the very fringe of their service area, they came to plan and finalize plans. The representatives were very easy to work with, everything they explained to us happened as they said and on time. Tear off was done within a week and was done very systematically and cleaned up completely before they left. Construction crew was here on time and ready to work (temp was 18 degrees). They worked the entire time, work was amazing. Work was done like a well oiled machine. Their professionalism was wonderful, each man knew his job and did it super well! Upon completion all was cleaned up and left as they found it. Deck is beautiful and very well constructed. We are so pleased with the planning and work. Super company!
I called this company about three weeks ago looking for an estimate. I waited maybe two weeks for the estimate itself. The sales representative that came out was knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to do what he could to work with my family. He was empathetic to our situation as we'd previously been scammed out of a lot of money from a contractor that never came to do the work. He helped us by discounting the labor itself. He took the time to review options, address our questions, and he ensured we were comfortable with everything. He probably asked three times before leaving if we had any questions or concerns. This company knew we couldn't afford to put a lot down considering what the prior contractor did. They offered us financing for five years and we were able to use our credit card. This was important for us considering we didn't have a lot we could put down. The salesman had his finance representative come out that night to meet in person. She went over final paperwork details with us. She was down to earth and treated us so kindly. She even gave us her phone number so we could follow up if we ever had another question. Now for the best part. Friday we signed the papers and on Monday they came and built both our front and back decks. The work itself was beautiful. It was exactly what we agreed on and discussed. The workers were kind, very efficient, and courteous. Before leaving they reviewed how to clean our deck. They let us know the vinyl was guaranteed lifetime and the work was guaranteed for five years. My previous deck was about to fall apart and this company made it happen for us.

The staff at The Vinyl Outlet did a great job getting my old fence replaced with a beautiful new vinyl one. They whole experience was quick, responsive and done well. From start to finish they installed over 200 feet of fence and a gate within two weeks of signing the contract. In the middle of winter, Feb 2022!!. Anthony, sales, was friendly and helpful at choosing the right style for me. Kim(I think) and Tony worked within my schedule to make an appointment to settle final measures and final sign off at the house. The installers were punctual and friendly. Robert, Austin, and Sean arrived about 9 a.m. and were out of here around 5 p.m. They were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. Robert made sure I was informed about the whole process. They would have been done earlier had it not been for the snow shoveling(sorry guys). But Thank You, you really did a Great Job! I had 2 items completed from them. I had a beautiful custom vinyl fence put in with a 10ft gate across my driveway. I'm very happy with that. I have 6ft of privacy fencing and 4ft of fencing that transitions down one side towards the gate going across my driveway. I have beautiful solar lights across my gate beautiful black bars across the top of the gate. My fence is a crisp white and the gate is white with black details and locks. My front porch was done in grey and white to match my house. I got choice of design, color and railings. I chose spindles that have the older home charm but still looking classy and new. All the people who worked on my 2 projects made me and my husband very happy. We went with the financing option which is great for those on a budget but without feeling like something like this is out of reach. I want to thank everyone that worked on my fencing and front porch and helped us enhance the charm of our home. I want to let people know that once my 2 projects are completely paid off we will be getting them again to install a deck in the yard. We had Vinyl Outlet come and replace the deck over our garage. There were quite a few issues initially, but once we contacted them, Vicky was extremely helpful and made sure the job was corrected up to their standards and our expectations. What we have now is a beautiful back deck where, as soon as the snow melts, we will have many of our family dinners. This is now the third job that we have hired Vinyl Outlet for, and everything they have done is fantastic. I very strongly recommend them.
My husband and I purchased our home late 2020. We knew we needed a fence that was secure, private, and tall to contain our super energetic rescue dogs. We had received quotes from a few other smaller companies but we were put on a wait list for 6 months or more due to supply issues. We decided to get a quote from Vinyl Outlet, even though we were told they would be much more expensive by all of the companies we got quotes from. Brandon came out for the consult and we explained to him that we were looking for a quick turnaround but we wanted to stay at the price point we recieved from the other company. We were concrned that he couldn't since that quote was for a wood fence. He was incredibly flexible and came in just slightly above the wood fence quote and he was able to get a team to us within three weeks. We're on a corner lot with an odd shaped yard with a slight hill but the crew was able to complete the job in a day. They talked to our neighbors before installing anything, showing them the survey to make sure that they were comfortable (they were), and cleaned up all of their mess when they were done. We're incredibly happy with the work that was done and the quick turnaround time. It's been a year and the fence is still solid and we consider it one of the best investments we made to our home, so far.

Had vinyl railings installed on my front porch. They included 2 solar caps @ the steps which are absolutely awesome. They illuminate my entire porch, which is 12' x 20', & half way down the sidewalk. The installers were on time, friendly & professional. Would recommend Vinyl Outlet for sure!

Couldn't be happier with my 4 ft picket fence. Navy Davey(lol I guess there are a few Daves) came out on September 13. He was very thorough in explaining way the fence is installed, guarantee etc. He indicated the job was a one day job and could most likely be done in the next couple of weeks.The fence was installed on September 28. Several places told me they couldnt even get the supplies until January of 2022. I have 2 dogs so the time frame was important. The installers did a great job too. I have received many compliments from neighbors. I got a follow up call from the vinyl outlet to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased materials from the design center that were needed for a patio project. From helping with my design to material choices, it was by far the easiest process I could have imagined. The staff assisting were so helpful, the effort they gave was above and beyond expectations that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else. Phone calls were returned the same business day, choices were better than the competitors, and they even delivered it to my house! I love the color, the finished product and cant wait for company to come to show it off. I'm looking forward to future projects now that I know how great this process has been.

They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to start my new deck within 2 weeks. My old deck was a complete tear down as Jeremy, Brandon and Matt did an amazing job through the extensive heat to complete the demo and install 9 new footers. The very next day John, Justin and Wilson exceeded our expectations with the installation of our new vinyl deck. Both of the crews were extremely hard working, talented and very friendly. Vinyl Outlet did my work on the day they said they would. I had a 6ft fence, 110ft of fence distance installed. Brown panels with beige trim and posts. LOVE IT. Very professional workers. Jay, the foreman, great, friendly, knowledgeable, and clear about what was happening from start to finish.
I was a bit nervous as this was a big purchase, started with Jim our sales person he could not be more down to earth and accommodating, followed by Vicky, she answered our questions promptly and was very honest about time and schedule and last but not least Elliott and his crew he showed up in rain early ready to handle more than .20 acre of removal and installation of new fence. Him and his crew took rain and then unbelievable heat and finished our beautiful fence before 4pm cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend Vinyl Outlet to anyone, we were very blessed.
The Vinyl Outlet installed a new deck and small privacy fence. Each crew lead by Ralph and Jay were amazing. They arrived on time, worked quickly, safely and accurately and worked with me to make sure everything was done as needed. The work crews were respectful onsite and were pleasant to have around the house and the kids. They did each job in 1 day, working extras to finish. The date they schedule my install was the date it was done. I couldn't be happier with the sales and install process. The site was cleaned up afterwards and left in great shape. Although Vinyl Outlet had a very busy schedule this spring, when I explained my circumstances, they were able to accommodate my need for a fence and squeeze me into the schedule. The showroom guy was well versed in the product, Vicky in the office kept me informed, they were clear about the payment schedule, and Tony and his crew did a great job installing. Given the current shortages of materials, I found this company to be very responsive and they did high quality work.

We had them replace a broken old railing on a side porch. For a variety of reasons, this was a tricky job. But TVO came in and quickly assessed how to overcome the issues. The installation team — led by Ralph — were great. Quick. Professional. Neat. Best of all we now have a clean and sturdy railing that we won’t have to repaint every spring.

Vinyl Outlet did my fence installation. The process was easy. The sales representative was knowledgeable and didn't look to upsell us on anything that we didn't ask for. Vinyl Outlet had lots of choices and options to choose from, so I would recommend giving yourself an hour or so to go through all if the information with the sales rep. The installation itself was completed in 1 day, and my neighbors (most of which have fences by other providers) were extremely jealous. There was no yard clean-up when the work was done. The installation process isn't messy. No mounds of dirt where the poles are pounded into the ground! Vinyl Outlet definitely isn't the cheap option, but you 100% get what you pay for. During high wind days, some neighbors panels felt out. Our fence wasn't impacted at all. I'd highly recommend using Vinyl Outlet. I'll be contacting them in the spring or summer to do my railings too!

My fence was installed in 2013. This past winter 2020 strong winds blew my gate open smashing it beyond repair. In addition to that, the support posts loosened causing my entire fence to lean. I am so appreciative of the help I received from Angelo at the office and Jake, the repair man on the scene who all by himself, reset the posts in my fence and replaced my gate. With all of the problems that have existed due to COVID-19 this year, although it took a while for the repair work to be done, when it was done the work was of the usual high-quality one would expect from vinyl outlet. I appreciate the positivity and professionalism of both of these men and would recommend them highly!
Once they were able to get the parts vinyl outlet was timely and got my fence installed quickly. One of the guys even noticed I had a flat tire and said he would stay and change it. We did the tire, but love that they went above and beyond.
Installed 118' of fence. Removed the old, installed the new, about four hours' work for two people (original fence was two days, 6 guys!). Our yard is so much brighter now, it looks wonderful! Major props to Tyler and Elliott. Unlike pretty much every other contractor I've ever used, these guys were professional, focused on the job, and were patient with my questions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I recently had a fence added to my home and the Vinyl Outlet was fantastic. There were initially some issues with communication as far as scheduling where I had to reach out to get my project scheduled (after about 6 weeks from signing the contract I still had not heard from them and decided to reach out myself). Additionally, there were a couple of reschedules - but once my date was locked in and the Vinyl Outlet staff was on site, the project went smoothly. Rob and Sean were absolutely fantastic! They were courteous, respectful, cleaned up after the job was complete, and above all else they were professional and did an awesome job installing my new fence. Though the communication was not the best, I will say the final product is incredible, and I am very happy with my fence purchase.
If I am being honest, the salesman was a little pushy and overpromised on time frames for installation. The job was completed 3 weeks after the original promise, but the reason that I am giving 4 stars is solely because of the installers. They were so friendly, professional, and quick. All in all I am so happy with my new fence!

Had an old concrete stoop replaced with vinyl decking overlay. Added railings. Installers were on-time, professional and courteous. Completed install in less than a day. Also appreciate that they are employees rather than contractors and (I’m told) receive a decent wage and benefits.

Very satisfied with overall experience. Yes, I had to wait 8 weeks due to the schedule and even then the job date was pushed back an additional day...BUT when the tech's came the day of the job they went out of their way (Mike and Tony) even asked if it was ok to play music in my backyard, and fixed the way my main fence gate closes (which Guardian Fence did 5 years ago, terrible experience! and they also hit my main power into home! and did nothing to assist and denied all liability!-NICE!) anyway...Vinyl Outlet did a great job and went overboard even due to a feisty neighbor :) Thanks again, would use you again and def recommend.
I can not say enough about this porch!! From start to finish, James Brennan came in after work hours and gave a quote. He sat with us and gave us all sorts of options and was honest with his opinion. The porch was not quite safe for our elderly parents or taking our puppy out at night due to the concrete falling apart and the rod iron not being very stable. James Brennan truly went above and beyond for us, even checking in after the install to make sure we are happy! It has been a few weeks since it has been installed and the guys did great, easy to clean, brightened up the house and safety wise it is top notch! Thanks again
Vinyl Outlet did a great job replacing our back steps! Greg and Jonathan were the installers and when they got here we talked through the original configuration and made some slight modifications based o their recommendations and expertise and they did a great job! I can’t get over the difference and I wish we would have replaced the steps sooner!
The materials are high grade for the fence. Much higher than a box store installation was excellent. I would recommend They are professional, communication was great, especially working around deadlines and lead times with other projects that were being done at the same time. as for cost, you always get what you pay for !

My wife and I were sitting in the yard one day and our neighbor was having a vinyl fence put up. Well we had a 5-year-old wood stockade fence that after looking at it for a while my wife said maybe we should look into that vinyl fence. Asked my neighbor who installed it and he told me Vinyl Outlet. Called Vinyl Outlet for a quote and had a salesman named Dave stop over. Dave explained a quality of the fence and how the fence was installed with the main post being over a steel post which was 5 ft in the ground. Well it was a done deal. The day of installation a truck drives up to our house two guys get out named Tony and Mike. I asked them where the rest of the crew was and Tony told me you're looking at it. These guys were fantastic. They knew exactly what each one was doing and they took down our old fence to be hauled it away and installed the new in one day all 240 plus feet. Great teamwork. I met with 5-6 fence companies over the course of 2 weeks. The Vinyl Outlet was my last appointment. Up until this point I had just been regurgitating the memorized specs/style/measurements from previous quotes trying to get the best price/value. Brandon was the first one to make a suggestion outside of the first and only style I had looked at 5-6 companies ago. We came up with a perfect style that complimented the color and style of our house. They were not the cheapest but also definitely not the highest. From there I was passed to Vicky the operations manager who quickly got us scheduled to install within 2 weeks from my meeting with Brandon. (Every company was months out or even into next year for the “wood-look” vinyl I wanted). She also personally came to the property to double check the measurements. On the day of install I was introduced to Tony who would be doing the install along with his coworker. First impressions were that we were in good hands and he had confidence he knew what we was doing. We once again walked the perimeter that the fence would be covering and he starting making suggestions with angles and approaches at corners. Throughout the day of install Tony would regularly check in with me and ask questions and keep me updated on next steps. I was amazed they were able to finish around 400ft of fence in just one day. Tony and his crew were extremely pleasant to deal with. You could tell that while it’s extremely difficult work they care about the job getting done and looking just right. Fence came out great

on 5/28/2020 we had the Vinyl Outlet install a fence in our backyard. The fence looks soo good! The fence and gates look perfectly even and the process was done with great care! The two men installing the fence (Tony and Mike) we're very kind and very professional! For a twelve hour job, they were still happy in the end and did the best work you could ask for. My fence blew apart after a wind storm and they were out a few days after I called. Jake came out and had everything back together. I just had my old wood deck replaced by Vinyl Outlet. Vinyl Outlet was AMAZING to work with and the installers could not have been more INCREDIBLE and quick with their work. Vinyl Outlet came out on Tuesday to do the estimate, talk to me about financing, never pushed me into anything, made sure I was ok with it before agreeing. Vicky came out Tuesday night to make sure I was set for everything, and said it would be done in two days (I didnt believe her), she walked the deck with me and made sure I was set. Wednesday morning the crew was out to rip out the old deck, in the afternoon the guys came and started putting in the new deck and completed it Thursday afternoon. I cannot say enough amazing things about everyone I worked with, from James the designer, Vicky the Ops Manager and all the guys who ripped the old deck and put in the new one. They even removed the items from my deck and put everything back for me (IN THE SNOW). When complete, they went over the entire deck with me to make sure it was ok and up to my standards, it was and more. THANK YOU VINYL OUTLET FOR EVERYTHING. AND VICKY YOU WERE RIGHT, IT WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS.

Storm took down my fence and I called these guys up. Within 20 minutes someone was at my house giving me an estimate. In less than a week I had a new fence and the old one removed. To say I’m happy would be an understatement. Highly recommend!

Called the Vinyl Outlet again to complete a job I started seven years ago. I was very happy with the prompt service and ability to match my original style. Completed a 70 foot fence with a small gate in under three hours. Tony and his crew were excellent to work with, expedient, and produce professional results. The fence exceeded my expectations and looks incredible. I was quite ancy because of the price being higher than I was expecting and wanted to pay, but my concerns were eased when I saw the end result.

You think the name "The Vinyl OUtlet" would speak for itself. I took a chance, I have a small porch, they were offering 35% off. All I wanted was the 2 by 4 little porch wood riped off, vinyl rails with Large solar light's....leave concrete steps in...They didn't! Make sure you read the bullet points on contract, especially about killing any bishes or shrubs. They broke the light's to a Poinsetta 3 tier tree on had on porch, that was my Mom's. Left the stairs amuddy mess, and never even cleaned them off. Left holes in spot where Iron post were previously ....told me it wasn't their job....alos offered me a $25. 00 gift card....that was offerrd to me, which I have not received....Word to the wise shop around, and ~YOUR CONTRACT....Suppose to come back in SPRING to power wash....WILL SEE....! /23/19...My BAD, they sent a Gift Ccard for $20.00, not $25.00...they probably didn't like y review...Sorry, but I thought they were . top notch company...but you didn't come through.....2by4 porch and for what I paid, I could of had my basement remodeled.
Very Good porch and deck built.This company installs the best ive seen.I SEE there trucks in my neighborhood all the time.My neighbor on my left have a gorgeous Front porch built by the vinyl outlet and it is lovely.Across the street my good friend and neighbor Steve also had a fence with gates done.Everyone is very happy.I have had the salesman out and he was very helpful and explained my options.I was upfront and let him know I will be a customer at the end of this year when I retire.I am going to do a few products with them and I know and seen there quality.Other neighbors on my block have had work here and there and it's not as nice and waited months to get finished to not love there purchase.The vinyl outlet was pretty much in and out.I hope this helps
Me and my mom really like our new fence and gate just one problem on the one side of the fence I can see that the fence is not all the way on the ground and we have a little dog I’m just concerned if he gets out or not but other than that Tony and those three other people to did an awesome job on our fence and gate
I wrote a couple years back with trouble with my deck sagging. I just want to tell you they came out and fixed it right after my review and it’s still as good as new. I’m sorry I didn’t update this sooner. They do have a good product. Hope they continue to put customers first.

Tuesday I had Anthony and Anthony come out and install some decorative fencing in the front of the house. Looks great. They both did a great job. Thank you. There were a few companies that wouldn't even come out and give me a quote they just dismissed me with the response of "project is to insignificant". However when I explained what I wanted to the woman in the showroom she had a gentleman on the phone willing to meme5et me at my house by the time I got home. This is a company I'll refere to someone looking for fencing.

We started out with only wanting our railing replaced and ended up with a whole vinal pourch. I was skeptical because it was 13,000. I didn't sleep well after signing the contract, so I call and talked with one of the owners(Vicky). She answered every question I had and reassured me that if I had any concerns to call anytime. I was amazed at how professional Greg and his crew were! They had to use a jack hammer to take the concrete stairs out and replaced them with stairs that are easier to get up and down. That was a big project, they were efficient and cleaned up their mess. The final project was done in one day. However, Greg thought that the the molding would be too busy looking so we didn't have it done. I felt that it looked plain so I called Vicky the next day and explained how I felt. She had Greg back that week to fix it, and we are thrilled not only with our porch but also with the customer service!!! Yes, it was expensive but well worth every penny!!! We had approximately 300' of fencing dismantled and new vinyl fencing and a side gate installed today. It's nice for a change in western NY where a contractor or company shows up on time and they were right in as far as their finish time. We couldn't be happier with the installation. Not only does it look incredible but its definitely stronger than the previous wooden fence.The crew that was sent to our home today was extremely professional and went over the fencing product, the maintenance, and warranty extremely well. They also took away the old fencing. I would highly recommend "The Vinyl Outlet" if your looking to enhance your home and property. I'm looking forward to not having to fix the old wooden fence every time there's a wind storm since they pound the metal poles 5' Into the ground, not to mention no more painting! They also gave us an extra 8' after we changed our minds on the location. We were also given extra slats and caps in case of future damage. They were very efficient, and knowledgeable, thanks guys, great job! Tony, Jason, and I apologize but I cant remember the third crew members name worked their tails off today and it shows!

I had a bad review written before this due to lack of communication from the company. Today it was corrected and better explained that cosmetic repairs are made in the fall. I had the woman in charge immediately come to my house after speaking to her and she explained the process. I wish it was conveyed to me at the beginning because I would have understood but what's done is done. I still do like the look and quality of my railing I was just aggravated at the run around for a simple repair.

We had a fence installed last week to keep our two big dogs in the yard. What a great experience! We called on Monday for an appointment, the salesman came out on Tuesday, they installed the fence on Thursday! Everyone we dealt with from the girls in the office to the installers were great! The installers even gave us pointers on common fence problems. We had them install double gates, the told us to bungee strap them and put cinder blocks next to them when we weren't using them to protect them from wind gusts. They even gave us hints to be able to use the fence for our 7lb mini doxie. That little dog can get through anything. Great company to work with! Our fence is beautiful and our big dogs are safe. We had a privacy fence and rail installed this summer. It was not a large area, but it transformed our yard. We have continuously received compliments even at the grocery store. A family member coming over passed by the house because of the new look, he didn't recognize the house. A good quality product, salesman and workers were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Price was good.

Our fence is truly wonderful and improved our property value. We needed an adjustment as one fence pole was lower due to last winter. Tony was our service representative who was outstanding. He was very professional and kind along with being sure I was totally satisified. There are too few individuals that are as excellent as Tony. Vinyl Outlet is lucky to have such a professional individual representing their company. We don't live in a perfect world and excellent service an outstanding advantage to any company. Last year I did one side of my yard and today I did the other side. The fence is beautiful. I think vinyl outlet is the best company to use if you want a vinyl fence. They use steel posts and a better grade of vinyl than the other companies that gave me estimates. If there is any damage to the fence due to the weather they come out and fix it without a charge. They may be a little more expensive but it is well worth it. The office staff is great and the installers both this year and last year were great.

Chris was an excellent installer! My husband and I love the look of our new two-tone railing. It really sets off the front of the house! He also covered 10 wood posts with vinyl wraps which look great too. He cares that things look finished, its all in the details..we will highly recommend The Vinyl Outlet to our friends and family but they have to ask for Chris, he's the best!!!! First of all my wife and I are extremely happy with our new fence, it's everything that it's advertised as in looks and appearance. I am looking forward to a maintenance free fence! Secondly the crew that installed it were outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and professional, they were on the job all day and they didn't even take a break. They answered questions and concerns, showed me the measurements that verified the location of the fence and they were confident about the product. They knew what they were doing . Bravo to Tony Peters and Jay Russert. I would ask for them again and would recommend them.

I just had my fence put in by The Vinyl Outlet at first I was skeptical because of the reviews well my mind has been changed ! First my salesman Jim was excellent I had numerous questions and he answered everyone ease! Then the Installers Tony/ Will / Jay were outstanding!! First they did a great job on the installation of the fence and were very professional ! I am on the road for work and these guys waited for me to get home to make sure I was satisfied with the job!! It was amazing to see what they did in a day with no clean up or work for me!! This experience has led me to tell my neighbors and friends who did the work!! Over the last few weeks a family member has had a front porch put on and my neighbor is getting a fence done!! Job well done !!!
Our new fence is beautiful. The workers were professional and They worked as a team. They completed our Fence quickly. The jobsite was left clean and when the job was completed they explained everything to us. We are very pleased.
I could not be more please with the work done thus far. Our fence went up last Friday along with the tear down of our old decking. The Foreman on the job was Will, he was very courteous and offered a lot of insight to his experiences in this business. He was quick to answer our questions and to confirm how we wanted things done. The rest of his crew consisted of Jake who was here for the fence and old deck tear down, and Chris. All 3 young men were very polite and dedicated workers. The deck and post install was started on Monday, they were working until 9 pm. If that isn't dedication and pride for your job and company you work for, I don't know what else is. Tuesday will finish our deck that we are so in love with already. We can't wait for the finished project. The Vinyl Outlet is very high on our recommendation list to all family and friends. We look forward to working with this company again.

Tony, from Vinyl Outlet, came out today to remove an old wood fence and install a vinyl fence in my backyard. I have 2 active dogs so I needed something strong and easy to maintain. Tony and his crew did a great job. We were kept informed, he asked our opinions and they were done in just a few hours. No complaining even tho it was raining. Cleaned everything up and hauled out the old stuff. We are very pleased with the installation and "thank you", Tony for your expertise.

Just had a split rail fence installed by The Vinyl Outlet today and and we absolutely love it!! Tony and Joe were Professional, Knowledgeable, and respectful thru the entire install!! Tony made a point of having me check that everything was where we wanted it before each step! even in this sweltering Heat today they got my fence done in about 2 hrs! My wife and I felt so bad that we kept bringing them out bottles of Cold Water!! They cleaned up so well that you wouldn't even know they were here! I have to say from the first phone call to the last signature for the install this whole process was a breeze! Sheryl got me an appt with the salesman within a week. Jim was prompt and knowledgeable, He made sure that we got exactly what we wanted! Then they set up the install within a week of me signing the contract! From the first phone call until the install was 2 weeks!! Also besides the coupon I had for the install Jim also gave me a Veterans Discount that I was unaware of! Most places don't even ask anymore unless you bring it up! So Thank you! We're very happy with the whole process and we just love our new fence!! Thanks to all of you. This is the third time we have contracted with the Vinyl Outlet, to install fencing on our Buffalo, NY home, each time adding more fence. On July 12, the team of Tony and Joe worked in very hot and humid conditions to do the installation for us. They were organized, very hard working, polite, courteous and patient with the many questions I had for them. They even took great care not to damage our purple hydrangea's! I appreciated chatting with them after the job was completed. They are fine young men with a tremendous work ethic and commitment to making things right for the customer. Will and Rickie did a solid job putting up our new fence. However, their lead crew man, Ralph, no call no showed the pre-appointment to review the specifications. We still have not heard from him. We ended up not being on the same page with some minor details. Fence looks good though - quality price and removal/cleanup!
I am so very pleased with my new side porch railings. They look great and are sturdy enough for me to get up and down the steps easily with my handicaps. I didn't expect the installer, Chris, to be so prompt with the installation. After speaking to the salesman giving the original quote and mentioning an upcoming scheduled surgery they made the railing installation a priority and arrived a week earlier than planned. Thank you so much for securing the safety of our porch. I feel confident that I will be able to get up the stairs easily after my operation.

Hello, This company did a GREAT job from the appointment with Eric for the estimate he was polite and right on time for the appointment. He explained how the installing process worked. The installer Christian Pryor who called to let me know he was at my home doing the job and left the porch all cleaned up. So when I came down my street that front porch looked awesome. Chris worked alone for 7 hours to remove our old wooden railing, wrap our existing support beans and install our fantastic new vinyl railing & we just love the white french twist spindles we chose.
